The single family homes at Pendleton West have sold out!  These homes, built by Quinn Satterfield, were a huge hit in downtown Greenville.  While most of the downtown housing is priced in a higher price range, Pendleton West was able to offer single family homes in the West End, blocks from the West End Field baseball stadium, at an affordable price for downtown living.  Starting in the $130's, these homes were ideal for the individuals or families that wanted to live and enjoy the downtown scene but couldn't afford the higher priced developments currently being built in the area.  As the West End continues to grow, our homeowners are glad they moved in - not just for resale purposes - but also for the great neighborhood atmosphere that Pendleton West provides.
